Strategic consulting and coaching services based on personal experience and business methodology.

Services are NOT:

• Licensed therapy or counseling
• Medical or psychological treatment
• Professional advice in regulated fields
• Guaranteed to produce specific outcomes

Nature of Services

All services are strategic consulting based on Sukhvinder Kaur Javeed's personal experience building businesses and navigating relationships. No therapeutic or medical claims are made.

Client Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for implementing any suggestions
• You assume all risk for decisions made during or after sessions
• You confirm you are not seeking medical or therapeutic treatment
• You will not record sessions without written permission

Refund Policy

• No refunds after application form submission
• No refunds after first session completion
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Refunds processed within 14 days when applicable

Session Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate sessions immediately for:

• Inappropriate behavior
• Failure to respect boundaries
• Recording without permission
• Threatening or abusive language

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and content remain property of Sukhvinder Kaur Javeed/33rd Empire Publishing.

Limitation of Liability

Services provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes resolved through English courts.
