Refund Policy

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

• Tell us you want to cancel within those 14 days by emailing hello@sukhvinderjaveed.uk with your order number.
• Return the book within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
• The book should be returned in resalable condition.
• Unless the book is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty or damaged books

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your book should arrive as described and of satisfactory quality. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

How to request a refund

• Include your order number and the reason for your request.
• We will reply with the return address and next steps.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• We process approved refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned book, or proof that it has been sent back.
• Card refunds can take a further 3 to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been processed.
